To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:
A minimum 5 years experience of managing a multinational sales team in the Life Science, Applied Chemistry or Clinical Diagnostics sectors.
Able to demonstrate significant sales management success in a manufacturing, distribution, publishing or services environment
A good understanding of the SelectScience proposition together with an interest in marketing and branding would be advantageous.
Show experience of developing Key Account relationships, negotiating skills and developing CRM systems
University educated, to at least degree level
An excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet is essential
You must be able to travel internationally to exhibitions, client and team meetings on a frequent basis (up to 50% time commitment)
