About you 

We are looking for a Campaign Manager / Marketing Specialist to work with the Marketing team to design, project manage and successfully deliver exceptional digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our international clients, as well as the SelectScience team.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Delivering engaging digital content marketing campaigns to our global scientific audience 
  • Designing appealing and engaging digital marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing team 
  • Proactively leading and managing digital campaigns, working alongside other teams such as editorial and production, to ensure content and tactics are delivered to the highest quality 
  • Delighting our customers by providing exquisite service, building relationships and engaging with them through email, phone calls and (on occasion) face-to-face meetings 
  • Managing and delivering marketing services on behalf of the SelectScience sales team and international clients (sponsors) 
  • Engage with clients (sponsors) regularly by phone and email 
  • Improving the effectiveness and results of SelectScience Marketing services 
  • Planning activities and tasks with internal teams 
  • Customer Service experience 

 

Requirements: 

  • Availability to work three days a week 9 am – 5 pm and 2 days a week 12pm to 8 pm to cover US hours.
  • A degree or equivalent studies within science or marketing  
  • A minimum of one year working within a professional environment (full time or placement year), or currently working in a Marketing/Lab role with a customer service background 
  • A thorough understanding of marketing practices and tactics 
  • Tech savvy - understanding of the most effective web, mobile, and social technology platforms 
  • Advanced computer program skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 

 

Desirable skills or experience:  

  • Project management principles 
  • ITIL or other relevant qualifications would be ideal 
  • Experience of digital marketing Experience within a scientific field (lab-based, research etc.) 
  • A thorough understanding of marketing practices and tactics
  • Experience with Photoshop and CRM 
  • E-mail marketing CRM experience 
  • Marketing automation 
  • Copywriting
